Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for VCIND in Chinese and Western medicine. (2) MMSE score: Middle school and above education level = 24 points, primary school = 20 points, illiteracy = 17 points. (3) According to the CDR score, the diagnosis is mild to moderate dementia. (4) Age range from 45 to 80 years old, regardless of gender. (5) There has been no traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment related to VCIND in the past month. (6) Can persist for 4 weeks and cooperate with the doctor's treatment, with signed informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe diseases such as brain, heart, lung, and liver that occur simultaneously. (2) Diagnosed as Alzheimer's disease (AD). (3) Reduced intelligence and cognitive function are caused by brain diseases such as traumatic brain injury and tumors. (4) Patients with depression and schizophrenia throughout the year. (5) Patients who have taken medication to improve cognitive function in the past month
