Control group:Conventionally design the digital prosthesis using the biogeneric method

20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Not less than 20 years old and not more than 70 years old; Tooth defect of maxillary or mandibular second premolar or first molar, the root canal treatment has been perfected, and the full crown restoration is planned; The adjacent teeth and the opposing teeth of the defected tooth are natural teeth, and the shape of the crowns is basically intact, and there is no obvious abnormality in the axial direction and position of the crown; The prosthetic material is selected as full zirconia; Periodontal health or good systematic periodontal treatment; Stable intercuspal occlusion without occlusal interference or early contact; Patient has signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Signs and symptoms of muscular, skeletal and joint diseases of the stomatognathic system; Limited mouth opening; Malocclusions such as locking cross-bite, scissors bite, open-bite, and edge-to-edge occlusion on the side of the defected tooth; Significant abnormalities in the position of adjacent teeth and opposing teeth of the defected tooth, such as twisting, tilting or shifting; Temporomandibular joint disease; Oral side functions; Treatment to alter the distribution of occlusal force after the prosthesis was worn; There are circumstances that affect the completion of the study or interfere with the results of the study analysis, such as non-cooperation
