Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who were to receive anesthesia for elective surgery in our hospital were classified as ASA grade I ~III; (2) Age 18-80 years old, BMI 18-30kg /m2; (3) Normal communication, with a certain ability to learn; (4) Written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Complicated with serious organic diseases and autoimmune diseases; (2) Patients with mental illness, consciousness disorder, cognitive or language dysfunction; (3) Patients with severe infection or sepsis before operation; (4) any cerebrovascular accident occurred within 3 months, such as stroke, transient ischemic attack, etc.; (5) previous anesthesia drug allergy, related anesthesia contraindications; Participants in clinical trials of other drugs in the last 4 weeks
