Experimental group:Naloxone 0.25 µg/kg (3 ml) and sugammadex sodium IV postoperatively
Control group:Saline 3ml and sugammadex sodium IV postoperatively

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia, aged 18 to 65 years, with American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I to II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with abnormal heart, brain, lung, liver and kidney function; ? BMI=28kg/m2.
