Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?Patients diagnosed with valvular heart disease according to the 2014 American College of Cardiology/American Heart Association Guidelines for the Management of valvular Heart Disease who have undergone thoracoscopic heart valve replacement for the first time; ?Age = 18 years old, ?70 years old; ? clear mind, normal ability to understand; ? Education level above primary school level; ? Have basic reading and comprehension skills; ? Ability to complete research questionnaires independently or with the help of researchers; ? Voluntarily participate and agree to sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
