18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range from 18 to 85 years old; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for routine dialysis treatment of end-stage renal disease; 3. For the first time undergoing internal fistula shaping surgery, with an expected lifespan greater than 1 year; 4. Possess language expression ability and be able to communicate normally; 5. Willing to cooperate with this study and agree to sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with limited upper limb mobility due to bone, muscle, and other reasons; 2. Patients with severe blood diseases, autoimmune diseases, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, neurological diseases, and malignant tumors; 3. Patients with active bleeding; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Patients participating in other clinical trials.
