65 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Selective transurethral resection of prostate; (2) Elderly patients over 65 years old; (3) ASA ?-? grade; (4) No absolute or relative contraindications for intraspinal anesthesia; (5) Patients did not take tranquilizers or antidepressants for a long time before operation; (6) No surgical history of heart and nervous system; (7) No family history of mental illness and severe visual and auditory impairment; (8) Those who have clear mind and are willing to cooperate in psychological test; (9) No history of Alzheimer's disease (AD), Parkinson's disease, alcoholism and poison dependence; (10) MMSE score = 23 before operation; (11) Informed consent of patients and their families

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The effect of epidural anesthesia during operation is poor or other factors lead to the change of general anesthesia; (2) Contraindications, allergic history and long-term medication history of opioids; (3) History of local anesthetic allergy; (4) History of alcohol abuse; (5) Those who have massive bleeding after prostatectomy and cannot maintain blood pressure or undergo secondary operation; (6) Patients and their families refuse to use postoperative analgesic pump; (7) Patients with central nervous system diseases and mental diseases; (8) The simple intelligence score is lower than 23 before operation; (9) Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction in preoperative biochemical examination; (10) Preoperative complications were not well controlled; (11) Those who have severe hearing impairment or are unable to communicate with the visitor for other reasons
