Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients hospitalized between December 1, 2019 and December 1, 2023 (according to the time of admission). 2. Patients with Chiari deformity confirmed by MRI/CT. 3. The Chiari malformation was treated with surgery (decompression, dural enlargement, ventricle shunt, etc.). 4. Patients have complete diagnosis and treatment information. 5. Follow-up should be longer than 3 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Acquired Chiairi malformations, such as intracranial space-occupying lesions or skull fractures; Herniation of the cerebellar tonsil due to congenital structural deformity of the spine. 2. Simple outpatient diagnosis of conservative treatment or after admission did not receive surgical treatment. 3. Patient diagnosis and treatment information is not comprehensive. 4. Refused to provide relevant data to this study during follow-up. 5. The total follow-up time was less than 3 months.
