Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? The diagnosis of dangerous upper gastrointestinal bleeding complies with the 2020 edition of the Expert Consensus on Emergency Diagnosis and Treatment Process for Acute Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding Age = 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Upper gastrointestinal bleeding caused by surgical factors such as trauma; ? Patients with lower gastrointestinal bleeding; ? Patients with black stools and positive fecal occult blood due to food and medication; ? Patients with incomplete case information; ? Patients who do not cooperate with treatment.
