0.5 Years to 16 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Have a clear history of traumatic brain injury, confirmed as TBI by head CT scan or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examination; 2. The time from injury to admission is less than 24 hours; 3. No previous neurological disease and brain trauma; 4. No other serious organic disease; 5. Informed consent of the children's parents.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Combined with central nervous system infection; surgical treatment in other hospitals before admittion; other prior systemic diseases including thyroid dysfunctions, malignancy, uremia, liver cirrhosis, and chronic heart or lung disease; refusal to participation or withdrew from the study.
