18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Acute heart failure patient (2)Age from 18 to 90 (3)No progression of cardiac troponin level (4)No history of mental diseases and other serious acute or chronic diseases (5)Informed consent and signed an agreement to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Uncontrolled unstable angina (2)Uncontrolled severe arrhythmia with symptom or hemodynamic disorder (3)Acute aortic dissection (4)Patients with severe motor dysfunction and lower limb venous thrombosis (Wells score =2) (5)Stroke or transient ischemic attack(in 6 months) (6)Patients who do not cooperate or cannot communicate (7)Combined with severe physical diseases and uncorrected clinical conditions (such as severe anemia, electrolyte imbalance and hyperthyroidism) (8)Participate in other clinical trials at the same time (9)The expected survival time is less than 24 hours.
