Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? AIS patients aged 10-18 years old; ? Riser sign of grades 0-2; ? The Cobb angle is between 10 ° and 45 °; ? Has not received any other treatment in the past; ? Female patients have not experienced menstruation or within 1 year after menarche; ? Sign an informed consent form and voluntarily become a subject.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? AIS patients have a scoliosis main curvature exceeding 45 °; ? Spinal scoliosis in AIS patients with concomitant chest protrusion should not be treated with braces, as braces can worsen the deformity of the protrusion and further reduce the anterior posterior diameter of the chest; ? Congenital scoliosis and other syndrome related scoliosis; ? AIS patients with skin allergies or local ulcers should not wear braces.
