Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A.The cohort of patients undergoing thrombolytic therapy for acute stroke met the following eligibility criteria 1. Aged >=18 years, regardless of gender; 2. Definite diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction, in line with acute stroke intravenous thrombolysis indications; 3. Consented to intravenous thrombolytic therapy and signed an informed consent; 4.Subjects signed informed consent in writing and volunteered to participate in this study. B.The cohort of patients with acute stroke not treated with thrombolytic therapy met the following eligibility criteria 1. Aged >=18 years, regardless of gender; 2.Definite diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction without intravenous thrombolytic therapy; 3. Subjects signed informed consent in writing and volunteered to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Vital signs unstable; 2. Patients with gastrointestinal obstruction, gastrointestinal bleeding, or septic shock; 3. Need long-term antibiotics treatment; 4. Pregnancy and lactation.
