Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: In terms of inclusion criteria, patients need to meet the following conditions: (1) aged between 50 and 75 years; (2) The initial diagnosis is persistent atrial fibrillation (atrial fibrillation lasting for more than 7 days but not more than 1 year); (3) Accompanied by rapid ventricular rate (ventricular rate = 100 beats/minute); (4) The size of the left atrium and left ventricle is within the range (left atrial diameter = 40mm, left ventricular end diastolic diameter = 50mm); (5) The range of ejection fraction is 50% -65%.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria include: (1) various types of valvular heart disease; (2) Combined hyperthyroidism or confirmed hyperthyroid heart disease; (3) Slow fast syndrome; (4) Myocardial disease; (5) Planned restoration of sinus rhythm; (6) Change to sinus rhythm during follow-up period; (7) The 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram indicates a long RR interval of>5 seconds. Each selected patient needs to sign the subject's informed consent form and be reviewed and approved by the ethics committee.
