Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) ASA classification I.~III. (2) Age= 18 years old; (3) 18.5=BMI=24, (4) patients undergoing elective CPB cardiac surgery, (5) no history of secondary surgery, and (6) 24 points of preoperative Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) >.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of neurological or psychiatric diseases, severe liver and kidney insufficiency, and stroke; (2) frequent use of painkillers or antidepressants before surgery; (3) Drug abuse or psychotropic drug abuse, long-term use of steroid drugs and hormone drugs; (4) Those who refuse to participate in this study or their family members.
