Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) All enrolled patients meet the diagnostic criteria and efficacy evaluation criteria for idiopathic BPPV established by the Otolaryngology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association in 2017; (2) Age range from 18 to 80 years old; (3) The technique was successfully reset without significant dizziness; (4) Improve cranial imaging, blood calcium concentration, bone density examination, etc; (5) Patients and their families cooperate with follow-up work and sign informed consent forms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients cannot persist and cooperate with follow-up work; (2) Unable to cooperate with blood sampling or bone density testing; (3) Dizziness secondary to severe mental disorders, central diseases, and trauma; (4) Patients who have failed manual reduction treatment or have relapsed within 2 weeks; (5) The patient or family member refuses to sign the informed consent form.
