Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18-60 years old diagnosed with Crohn's disease according to the diagnostic criteria in the Consensus Opinion on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (2018-Beijing); 2. Patients in a stable phase of drug therapy (>4 weeks) 3. in disease remission (fecal calprotectin =250 µg/g, simplified CDAI score =4); complaints symptoms of fatigue (FSS score > 36 points) and the patient is physically and mentally capable of physical activity. 4. agreed to participate in this study and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. have participated in any other organized sports exercise, tai chi exercise or elastic band resistance training in the past three months; 2. with severe anxiety and depression requiring medication; 3. with diseases that seriously affect the quality of life such as malignant tumors, serious heart, brain and renal system diseases; 4. with serious complications such as intestinal fistula, perforation, gastrointestinal bleeding; 5. patients with cognitive dysfunction or physical impairment who are unable to cooperate; 6. women during pregnancy and lactation; 7. those who are participating in other clinical studies.
