Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.sCAP is defined on the basis of CAP diagnosis and meets any of the following criteria: a) Pneumonia Severity Index (PSI) > 130. b) Mechanical ventilation (invasive or noninvasive) for acute respiratory failure , PEEP=5cmH2O. c) Patients received high-flow oxygen therapy with FiO2 of 50% or higher and PaO2/FiO2 (P/F) ratio of less than 300. 2.Age =18 years old; 3.Patients or family members sign informed consent forms; 4.The expected treatment time in ICU was >72h.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating female patients; 2. People who have had organ transplants 3. Long-term use of hormones, immunosuppressive drugs patients; 4. Patients with immune system deficiency; 5. Hospital-acquired pneumonia.
