Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age =18 years old. 2. The patient was diagnosed with hip fracture, congenital hip dislocation or avascular necrosis of the femoral head by imaging examination, patients who undergo unilateral THA for the first time. 3. Posterolateral approach was used for all operation methods. 4. The Tampa Scale for Kinesiophobia (TSK) was more than 37 points, which was assessed as kinesiophobia. 5. All participants participated in this study voluntarily and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with heart, brain, lung and other important organs injury or suffering from malignant tumors. 2. Psychiatric history, cognitive impairment. 3. Patients with lower extremity venous thrombosis or primary thrombotic disease. 4. Patients with diseases that restrict lower limb movement. 5. Those who have participated in other similar projects.
