S1:Intraoperative mean arterial pressure was controlled = mean arterial pressure before entering the room ± 20%

S2:Intraoperative mean arterial pressure was controlled = ±20% of patient age

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Older surgical patients; Age = 65 years; Body mass index (BMI) = 30 kg/m2; The patients did not receive chemotherapy or radiotherapy before operation; Complete clinical data; Signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe anemia and cachexia; Have central sequelae or plan to perform central nervous system surgery; Recent history of taking analgesics, sedatives, and drugs for mental illness; Poor control of hypertension and diabetes; History of alcohol abuse
