18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: I) adults aged 18 and above; ii) have plans to continue to live locally for half a year or more; iii) diagnosed with major depression disorder (MDD) and have indications for antidepressant treatment; iv) is willing to participate in this study and provide contact information for follow-up intervention by the research team.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i) patients with other unstable acute and chronic somatic diseases (such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, tumors, etc.) who are in urgent need of hospitalization or other drug treatment; iv) patients with other mental disorders (such as substance dependence, etc.); v) those who are unwilling to provide contact information.
