Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? ASA classification: Grade I-II; ? Normal mental state and cognitive function, normal language and audio-visual function; ? The BMI score is between 18-30kg/m^2; ? Age range from 18 to 65 years old; ? Voluntarily participate in this study and agree to sign the informed consent form for clinical research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Severe heart, liver, and kidney dysfunction; ? Patients with sinus bradycardia or heart conduction block; ? Individuals with severe mental illness, neurological disorders, or language disorders who are unable to communicate and obtain effective information; ? Long term use of sleep aid drugs for individuals with sleep disorders; ? Preoperative administration of clonidine, methyldopa, or other medications a Individuals with 2-receptor agonist drugs; ? Active peptic ulcer bleeding, or previous author; ? Patients who take opioid analgesics for a long time before surgery; ? Postoperative incision infection;
