Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA gradeI-III ; 2. Age 18-75 years old ; 3.Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic surgery ; 4.BMI index : 18-30kg / m2 ; 5.Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of narcotic drug allergy ; 2.Patients with severe obstructive or restrictive ventilation disorders ; 3. patients with neuromuscular diseases ; 4.Refusing to participate in the experiment.
