18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 18 and 90 years old, regardless of gender; 2.Diagnosed with cervical spondylosis based on clinical symptoms, signs, and cervical spine MRI examination prior to treatment; 3.Underwent surgical or non-surgical treatment, without limitations on treatment methods, as long as complete and relevant treatment plans are available; 4.Two or more complete sets of MRI examination images are available for the same patient before and after treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, digestive, and hematological disorders, as well as mental disorders; 2. Women in preconception, pregnancy, or lactation period; 3. Patients with concomitant spinal diseases that may have an impact on the trial results and require surgery or affect the prognosis, such as spinal scoliosis deformity, severe spinal stenosis, spinal tumors, inflammatory diseases, and intervertebral disc cysts; 4. History of neck trauma; 5. Inability to undergo MRI examination for various reasons; 6. Inability to participate in follow-up (such as plans for immigration or long-distance relocation within six months, lack of communication tools such as mobile phones), and lack of capability to participate in a six-month follow-up.
