Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Aged 18-75 years old, voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent; ?The size of the gallbladder was not abnormal by B-ultrasound, CT and other examinations, and the thickness of the gallbladder wall was less than 0.3cm; ?The imaging examination showed single or multiple calculi, and the postprandial gallbladder contraction was confirmed by B-ultrasound to be > 30%; ? Clear consciousness, patients or family members can clearly explain the disease.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Pregnant women who cannot tolerate anesthesia or surgery or have not signed informed consent for surgery; ?Patients with contraindications such as abdominal infection, peritonitis, acute severe cholangitis, coagulation dysfunction, and serious diseases of the cardiopulmonary system; ?Symptoms, signs and imaging, gallbladder volume 0.4cm, diagnosed as chronic atrophic cholecystitis; ? Combined with bile duct stones.
