18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age>18 years old; Hospitalized patients from orthopedics, neurology, neurosurgery, and general surgery departments included in each center; Patients with a Caprini thrombus risk score of high risk or above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hospitalized patients diagnosed with VTE, PTE, and DVT upon admission; The patient's relevant information is incomplete and cannot be supplemented.
