Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for COPD according to the GOLD guidelines; (2) Clear awareness and unobstructed language communication; (3) Voluntarily participate in this study; (4) Age = 45 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The patient has other serious diseases, such as serious diseases of important organs such as the heart, kidney, and brain; (2) In the final stage of the disease, (3) After explanation, patients still cannot understand the questionnaire entries.
