20 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Regular prenatal check-ups in hospitals and the establishment of a manual on maternal health care, and pregnant women with single pregnancies who plan to give birth in hospitals; 2. Age =20 years old; 3. Be able to cooperate with the investigation and sign the informed consent; 4.100= hemoglobin <170g/L;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Failure to take medication, take a prenatal examination or give birth in the hospital as prescribed; 2. Blood disorders such as thalassemia, hemolytic anemia, aplastic anemia, etc.; 3. Participants who participated in any drug or nutrition clinical trial from 3 months before pregnancy to the survey time; 4. Dietary supplement consumption information is unknown; 5. Previous diabetes, infectious diseases, polycystic ovary syndrome, thyroid disease or other systemic diseases (including cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, neurological diseases, immune system diseases)
