Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The age range is between 38 and 75 years old, regardless of gender. (2) It meets the diagnostic criteria in the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteoarthritis issued by the Rheumatology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association in 2010. (3) In 1994, the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine issued the diagnostic criteria for bone arthralgia of the type of heat arthralgia, yang deficiency and cold coagulation in the "Criteria for the Diagnosis and Curative Effect of TCM Diseases". (4) Drug elution: Non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) are currently being used and need to be discontinued for 2 weeks before enrollment; Patients who use ampicillin or glucocorticoids must stop taking the medication for one month before being enrolled in the group. (5) The patient voluntarily signs an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those under 38 years old or over 75 years old. (2) Pregnant or lactating women, or those who are allergic or intolerant to experimental drugs. (3) Patients with severe primary diseases such as heart, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic systems, as well as mental illnesses. (4) Patients with advanced severe osteoarthritis (SaSaKiT knee osteoarthritis X-ray grading standard V). (5) Those who do not sign the informed consent form.
