Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Stone patients need percutaneous nephrolithotripsy to relieve obstruction, and the patients are willing to accept percutaneous nephrolithotripsy. The acquisition of clinical data and data has been agreed by the patients and the hospital, and all have signed informed consent. (2) All of the patients were imaging examination (B to exceed, April or CT) confirmed as kidney stones, suffer nephroscope lithotripsy treatment specific standards: ? All need to open surgical intervention of kidney stones, including of 2 cm or more single and multiple kidney stones, staghorn kidney stones, Residual and recurrent stones after open surgery,Calyx calculi with symptoms; ? Special types of kidney stones, such as kidney stones in children and obese patients, isolated kidney, horseshoe kidney, kidney transplantation with stones, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Kidney stones combined with severe hydronephrosis (avoid severe hydronephrosis leading to kidney deformation and affecting the experiment); (2) Patients with generalized hemorrhagic tendency, ischemic heart disease, and severe respiratory insufficiency; (3) High kidney accompanied by large spleen or liver; (4) Patients with uncorrected diabetes and hypertension; (5) Untreated renal tuberculosis, acute infection in or around the kidney; (6) Patients with spinal deformity and extreme obesity are relatively contraindicated, and the operation can be completed by using reasonable positions according to different conditions; (7) For those taking anticoagulant drugs such as aspirin, the risk of thrombotic events should be assessed, and surgery should be performed after withdrawal or bridging.
