Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Combat sports athletes from Shanghai University of Sport. 2.Male participants aged 18-26 years and female participants aged 18-26 years. 3.Participants with long-term experience in regular specialized training for combat sports. 4.Consistent dietary structure. 5.Participants who have a strong desire to control weight and actively cooperate with this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Incidence of injuries, making high-intensity exercise inappropriate. 2.History of taking antibiotics within the past six months. 3.History of gastrointestinal disorders such as diarrhea, constipation, and previous use of laxatives like glycerin during sample collection. 4. History of blood system disease. 5. Unwilling to cooperate with the completion of the test; Also participate in other subjects.
