Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria of retrospective cases 1) Age 18 to 80, regardless of gender 2) Patients with selected surgery who had undergone ultrasound-guided of transverse abdominal muscle plane block 3) I or legal representative have signed the informed consent 2. Inclusion criteria for prospective and validated cases 1) Age 18 to 80, regardless of gender 2) Elective abdominal surgery and ultrasound-guided plane block of transverse abdominal muscle is proposed 3) I or legal representative have signed the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for retrospective cases 1) Cases with incomplete clinical data 2) Cases with poor image quality 3) Participate in other clinical research at the same time 2. Exclusion criteria for prospective and validated cases 1) Abdominal skin damage and infection 2) Previous history of abdominal anesthesia or trauma 3) Peripheral neuropathy 4) Allergy to ultrasonic coupling agent 5) Pregnancy or lactation 6) Participate in other clinical research at the same time
