Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Part One: Cross-sectional study ?Registered nurses who have been practicing clinical nursing for at least 1 year ? Volunteer to participate in the study Part Two: Delphi expert consultation ?At least 10 years of experience in nursing management or postgraduate nursing education in a tertiary hospital or an institution with a master's degree in nursing ?Bachelor degree or above and intermediate title or above ?Sufficient understanding and enthusiasm for this study ?Volunteer to participate in the study Part Three:Quasi-experimental study ?Registered nurses who have been practicing clinical nursing for at least 1 year ? Volunteer to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Part 1 and Part 3 are the same: ? Non-staff of the hospital, such as practice nurses, advanced nurses, specialist nurse trainees; ? Did not work in nursing positions during the investigation, such as going out to study, further study, training, long leave, etc.; ? Nurses diagnosed with mental and psychological disorders
