Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.1 Identical twins depression phenoome At the same time meet the following criteria to be included: ? Informed consent of family members and subjects and consent of ethics committee; ?10-19 years old, full-time school children and adolescents; ? Meet the DSM-V MDD diagnostic criteria; ? CTS-R score = 40 points and YMRS score <6 points (no previous manic episode); ? Normal hearing and vision; ? Right-handed, in line with EHQ standards, ? The Han nationality, ? No contraindications for MRI examination. ? The egg type was identified as identical twins. 1.2 Identical twin normal phenogroup The normal phenotypic twin subgroup met the following criteria and was included: ? Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of schizophrenia schizoaffective disorder or organic mental disorder in DSM-V; ? There are serious physical diseases, brain organic diseases, nervous system diseases, etc.; ? Patients with serious suicidal self-injury tendency; ? Unwilling to participate in the survey; ?
