Interventions

Intervention group:Air will be injected into the anterior chamber
Control group:Air will not be injected into the anterior chamber

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who require vitrectomy and phacoemualsiflcation cataract surgery with gas tamponade.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of intraocular surgery; (2) History of ocular trauma; (3) History of lens dislocation or subluxation, pseudoexfoliation syndrome, corneal endothelial decompensation, glaucoma, and uveitis; (4) serious systemic diseases (such as Marfan syndrome); (5) Implant multi-focal and toric intraocular lenses; (6) Silicone oil tamponade.
