Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age range: 18 - 80 years old; 2) Patients with confirmed colon cancer with obstruction and no gastrointestinal perforation through symptoms and imaging diagnosis; 3) Able to tolerate conventional digestive endoscopy, imaging, biochemical and other examinations as well as stent placement procedures; 4) Good compliance, and able to cooperate to complete the entire clinical trial; 5) Participants voluntarily participate in the trial, and the participants or their legal representatives sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) With perforation, peritonitis; 2) Rectal tumor located within <5cm from the anal margin; 3) Previously implanted colorectal stent; 4) Complicated with severe heart, liver, kidney, or lung diseases; 5) Patient refuses to participate in this study; 6) Those who have received preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy
