Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Willing to receive follow-up; (2) During the implementation of the salt reduction project, students did not have a transfer plan; (3) The family members of students participating in the survey are over 18 years old and under 75 years old; (4) being able to provide regular feedback as required, complete questionnaire surveys, and accept measurement of outcome variables
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Children with related medical diseases (such as renal dysfunction) or other reasons are unable to participate in investigation or intervention activities; (2) Being clearly unable to complete follow-up; (3) Individuals who clearly cannot collect or refuse to collect 24-hour urine
