Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with high VTE risk and undergoing initial reconstruction surgery for ACL injury in Caprini score, aged 18-45 years old; 2. The patient's platelet count and coagulation function are normal; 3. Received anticoagulant therapy with fondaparinux sodium or enoxaparin sodium after surgery; 4. The subjects and their families have been informed of the nature of the study, understand the regulations of the study, have good compliance, and have signed an informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Poor control of hypertension, with systolic blood pressure>180 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure>110 mmHg; 2. Patients with mental illness or poor compliance; 3. Patients with adverse drug reactions; 4. Those who require long-term use of anticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs due to their illness; 5. Individuals with a history of deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism in the lower limbs; 6. Previously diagnosed with heparin induced thrombocytopenia; 7. Patients with a history of long-term smoking, alcoholism, and drug abuse; 8. Patients with degenerative or autoimmune arthritis of the knee joint itself (knee osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, etc.);
