Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Candidates who have been selected and agreed to participate in the program before October 31, 2022 (inclusive). 2) Under the age of 6 (inclusive) at the time of examination. 3) No serious medical disease, congenital disease, hereditary disease or other diseases affecting examination and iron metabolism. 4) The respondents should be the permanent residents of the sampled area (who have lived in the sampled area for more than 1 year), and the mothers of infants under 1 year old should meet the requirements. 5) The guardian of the study object agrees to accept questionnaire survey, growth and development examination, take appropriate peripheral blood for biomarker detection and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Congenital malformations and various acute and chronic diseases at the time of investigation. 2) A history of surgery within six months. 3) The basic information and clinical data of the subjects are not perfect.
