18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18~60 years old, male or female;(2)Meet the above diagnostic criteria for GAD;(3)GAD-7 score of 5~13 points, and HAMA score of 14~29 points;(4) No professional education in music, musical instruments, etc.;(5) Right handed;(6) Normal hearing, visual acuity (or corrected visual acuity) of =1.0, no color blindness;(7) Willing to participate in this study and sign informed consent. Note: Patients who meet both of the above 7 criteria can be included in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Loss of consciousness due to history of head trauma or stroke, etc., with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, (2) Diagnosis of substance abuse or substance dependence in DSM-5, (3) History of music epilepsy and intolerance to music sensitivity, (4) Contraindications to magnetic resonance examination, (5) Severe asymmetry of skull anatomy or clear lesions found on scan, (6) Mental retardation, personality disorder, combined with schizophrenia, (7) Pregnant and lactating women. Note: Patients who meet any of the above criteria are excluded.
