Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. the fetus who was found with possible TCS during gestational examinations, and diagnosed by neurosurgeons. b. no sexual limitation c. complete imaging data of prenatal ultrasonography and fetal MRI d. the pregnant woman who agreed to coordinate the study and write informed consent for the research and providing fetal data

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. The fetus suffers from other serious organic diseases or other central nervous system malformations, affecting the disease analysis or intraoperative observation; b. Fetus or pregnant women cannot undergo ultrasound and fetal magnetic resonance examination at the same time for some reason; c. Unable or unwilling to cooperate with the research for other reasons.
