Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?Meets the diagnostic criteria of non-specific neck pain;?The course of neck pain for at least 3 months;? Age between 18 and 60 years old, male and female;?Neck pain VAS score >= 3 points in the past week; ?Can understand and express their own wishes clearly;?Volunteer to participate in the trial and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Specific spinal conditions such as infection, spinal tumor, spinal tuberculosis, spinal fractures;?Other types of cervical spondylosis such as cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, spinal cord cervical spondylosis, or vertebral artery cervical spondylosis;?Pregnancy or breastfeeding;? Patients who have had neck surgery or are receiving other treatments;?Patients with other serious illnesses;?Inability to cooperate with the intervention.
