TTD group:After LC+LCBDE,place 12-16F T-Tube according to the diameter of common bile duct,wall of CBD was closed on both sides of the T-Tube in a interrupted fashion with 5-0 Vicryl sutures.To check

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a.Age 14 and older b.Patients were diagnosed with cholecystolithiasis complicated with choledocholithiasis received LC+LCBDE c.5mm=CBD diameter=8mm
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a.patients with intrahepatic bile duct stones or distal common bile duct stenosis b.patients with severe acute cholangitis or severe acute pancreatitis c.change procedures during the operation,such as conversion to open procedure or combined Hepatic cyst fenestration drainage etc d.Patients who did not consent to participate in this study or were unable to participate in this study
