Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Age = 65 years old; ? ASA level I~II, cardiac function level I~II; ? Emergency surgery with a duration of>2 hours; ? Clear consciousness, no difficulty swallowing medication, and can cooperate with medication treatment; ? Basic disease control is feasible; ? Undiagnosed novel coronavirus pneumonia; ? The patient has signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? The research subjects are suspected/confirmed COVID-19 patients; ? Incomplete clinical data; ? Patients with pulmonary bullae, high intracranial pressure, etc. who cannot undergo positive end expiratory pressure (PEEP) ventilation; ? Patients who have serious complications with other organs and are temporarily unable to undergo surgery; ? Patients with combined coagulation or platelet abnormalities; ? Within 30 days before admission or during the course of the disease, steroid hormone or immunosuppressive therapy was applied; ? Patient Refusal Cooperation, voluntary withdrawal.
