Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Individuals aged = 18 years, regardless of gender, with a medical history provided by knowledgeable individuals who spend more than 4 days a week with companionship; ? Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) scale<27 points; Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA)<26 points; Normal daily living ability or activity of daily living scale (ADL)<8 points; ? Stable condition, clear awareness, cooperative examination, willing to voluntarily participate in this experiment, and signing an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Neurological disorders that can lead to cognitive impairment (such as Parkinson's disease and Parkinson's syndrome, degenerative cognitive impairment diseases such as Alzheimer's disease, epilepsy, etc.); ? Have a history of drug abuse, carbon monoxide (CO), pesticide poisoning, and other chemical substances; ? Malignant tumors; Physical functional defects that hinder the normal evaluation process, such as severe aphasia, apraxia, and visual and auditory impairments; ? Individuals with a history of mental disorders, such as anxiety and depression; ? Unable to cooperate in completing fundus photo collection.
