Patients with gastrointestinal autonomic neuropathy in diabetes:Standard treatment: Original hypoglycemic Western medicine and adherence to diet and exercise therapy
Patients with gastrointestinal autonomic neuropathy in diabetes:On the basis of standard treatment, add Jinlida granules, 1 bag/time, 3 times/day, for a course of 4 months
Patients with gastrointestinal autonomic neuropathy in diabetes:On the basis of standard treatment, add 5mg of mosapride orally for 3/day, with a course of 4 months

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? In line with the diagnostic criteria agreed by experts in diagnosis and treatment of diabetes neuropathy (2021), that is, type 2 diabetes with esophageal motility disorder, gastroesophageal reflux, gastroparesis, diarrhea, fecal incontinence, constipation and other gastrointestinal autonomic neuropathy; ? Men and women aged 18-79; ? All patients voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Severe organic gastrointestinal diseases such as gastrointestinal ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding, gastrointestinal obstruction, and gastrointestinal tumors Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; ? Using drugs with neurotoxicity (such as chemotherapy drugs); ? Vitamin B12 deficiency; ? Cervical and lumbar spine diseases (compression, stenosis, degenerative changes), cerebral infarction, chronic inflammatory demyelinating neuropathy, hereditary neuropathy, and vasculitis; ? Individuals with obvious infections, such as fever, myocarditis, gastroenteritis, cholecystitis, etc.; ? Individuals with mental or neurological disorders who are unable to cooperate or unwilling to cooperate; ? Other situations that the researcher deems unsuitable.
