intramedullary rod group:the direction of the tibial vertical cut parallel to the intramedullary rod

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients under 80 years of age with osteoarthritis of the knee joints, proposed to undergo a mobile-bearing UKA operation in our hospital; who are capable of autonomous behavior, willing to follow study instructions, complete all required follow-up visits and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with valgus knee, severe flexion contracture deformity (flexion contracture >15°), severe varus knee (>15°); combined hematologic related disorders; and patients taking medications affecting the coagulation system within 1 month prior to surgery will be excluded from the trial. Patient's lower limb imaging data is missing.
