Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Age 0-18 years old, gender unlimited, and signed informed consent 2: Haploid hematopoietic stem cell transplantation with allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation Pointers and non-extracorporeal T cell removal planned 3: It is possible to complete EBV-DNA and CMV-DNA blood tests within 1 week before transplantation, 30 days after transplantation, and 60 days after transplantation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Patients diagnosed with chronic active Epstein-Barr virus infection or Epstein-Barr virus-associated lymphoproliferative tissue disease before transplantation 2: In vitro T cell removal of haploid hematopoietic stem cell transplantation patients 3: Patients with severe anemia or severe clotting disorder who are not suitable for peripheral blood extraction during follow-up
