Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients admitted to our hospital for endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography were of all genders, aged 18-75 years, American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I or II, and had a BMI of 18-25 kg/?

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Obstruction of the upper respiratory tract, obstruction of gastric emptying, coagulation dysfunction, or bleeding of the upper respiratory tract; Nasal polyp, nasal hemorrhage, nasal trauma, nasal malformation, nasal inflammation, significant septal deviation, nasal bone fracture, skull base injury, abnormal coagulation mechanism, bilateral complete nasal airway obstruction, intranasal surgery, cerebrospinal fluid otorrhea. History of difficult tracheal intubation anesthesia, severe sleep apnea syndrome (apnea/apnea hypopnea index > 40), increased intracranial pressure, serious heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney or endocrine system diseases; Severe sinus bradycardia, hypotension, atrioventricular block, history of asthma and allergy to narcotic drugs.
