18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age > 18 years old and < 85 years old ? time of first admission to ICU < 24 hours; ?APACHE?=20 points; ? Nutritional risk score ?3; ? Informed consent of the patient (patient himself or his family).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients in critical condition are in an unstable period and may suffer cardiac arrest or deterioration at any time; ? Patients with cervical vertebra, thoracic vertebra and other vertebra fractures or unstable multiple fractures; ? Patients with pulmonary embolism and deep vein thrombosis who must be strictly immobilized; ? Guillain-Barre syndrome, myasthenia gravis, angiopathy neuropathy, Lambert-Eaton myasthenia syndrome
